something that can hurt a person the most, is when your loved one break their promises. it could be as simple as just saying "i would accompany you for a game or two". well, guys find it as nothing. but girls are real sensitive to such things. for everything you say and do, they take it seriously. even if it's a lie. they would always choose to believe you. unless circumstances do not allow them to believe and trust again.
