wow. pacnet won the odex case. look here. i guessed pacnet took the lessons from singnet and starhub. if odex appealed and the appeal still fails, i can predict that singnet and starhub are gonna lost alot of anime fans. they are all going over to pacnet for pacnet gave it their very best and won. but taking into consideration of the different judges involved for pacnet case, no one really knows what was going on in the courts. well, it's closed doors. i think now there's alot of people swearing and cursing why didn't their ISPs fought for them till the end and win the case against odex. some predicted that if odex's appeal failed, the japanese anime company would come down themselves? and some said that if odex were to win, pacnet users would have to pay to cover the "admin fees".
